Full Color commission for Justin of his persona (Gray) and his Scarlet Pokemon team comprised of Charizard (with Tera Dragon jewel), Solgaleo, Apex Koraidon, Luxray, Hisuian Arcanine and Annihilape. He also has Mew as a companion Pokemon which is currently not associated with the team, just hanging around.
I've been putting off doing the Scarlet team for a while, been very busy this year with books (series over at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BFK7P1GG ) and slowly plodding through a 3D model, and just a bunch of other stuff. Justin recently reached out, and I finally had some time to spare to do this. I've not followed up on Scarlet/Violet at all, other than knowing the two Legendary Pokemon are basically motorcycles. So, count me surprised when I found out the gem thing was applicable to a whole host of Pokemon within the game. Like, I knew it was there, but also tuned it out. Why would I need to know about this? Oh shoot, you mean I have to render that in the future? Shoot me.
Thus, have the absurdly shiny Charizard that, believe or not, there is a Photoshop trick that works for the body. Yay me! I'm probably one of the few people that can actually do this render technique traditionally. But also, please no one ever ask me to do this again. Also, Charizard doesn't blend well with the rest of the team that doesn't have the effect applied, so it's a bit... wonky of an image, and wasn't going to over-shade them since they wouldn't match the other 8 gens.
(By the way, for any of the so called 'geniuses' who point out he has '7 Pokemon' I am licensed to slap you, along with remarks about not being able to get X Pokemon in whatever game. Don't read the description, not my fault if I get to call you a moronic, illiterate tool.)
