The talks Buns has with Josh, all three of them, are by far my favorite parts of the comic. Buns is up to something, and his relationship with Josh is complicated. It'll be interesting to see where it ends, with Buns as a complicated, morally grey friend of Josh that overall contributes to giving him the help he needs, or a power hungry shadow master puppeteer simply manipulating Josh and Holt.

Personally, I prefer the first over the later.

I do wonder how Buns (and Obsidian) will keep up the public facade of an English Bulldog. Buns will have to appear outside his compound eventually. >w>

Buns is definitely tempting fate by showing Josh video of his torturer on the television. I wonder how far Josh can push himself before controls kick in.

I also find Obsidian's fake Buns character amusing, design wise anyways. I wonder how much more Buns has planned ahead. And what his answer to Josh is going to be.

The lore you are building through this comic is so nice. You give us readers just enough of a glimpse behind the curtain to keep us interested, but not enough to spoil anything.

Buns just likes to rub Josh the wrong way with small little injections. Putting the mob boss on TV with his double and showing it to the bear was in a way just for his own entertainment as we all know Bulwark does not give a rat's ass about the wolf anymore. Else Buns would not have gotten him as he would have kept him protected (or sent right to Limbo to keep him contained)

oh but he does care. If buns proves the leader of the league worked with a criminal to torture one of their own, he'd loose his place, even be trialed!

Mr.Buns is so clever. The Guardians are making themselves known to public working side by side with Wildfire. So far things are going according plan. I see Obsidian is playing decoy for Mr.Buns even went so far as to disguise 🥸 himself as a dog 🐕 instead of a bear 🐻. That will really throw The League off his trail, excellent plan. I see the mob boss is showing up in public 👀 what a surprise 😮. I'm thinking he is working undercover 🥸 working side by side with the mayor or it is a warning ⚠️ to Bulwark that Mr.Buns knows his secret. I guess Bulwark will have to think twice about what he going to do about this loose end. Too bad Josh doesn't approve of the mob boss being there. As long as Mr.Buns has the mob boss Bulwark won't make a move at least not so quickly. Nicely done Rubberbuns. Obsidian's shapeshifting ability certainly comes in handy. I don't blame Josh about his anger towards the mob boss those scars run deep. I can't wait to see Bulwark's reaction when he hears the news. Keep up the good work. 👍
