Atropos leaned back in the chair of the former lizard's office. She had ended her story by turning her into a new hire doe, and while normally the panther would leave after doing that - she was interested in causing more of a shakeup at the company the lizard leader had left behind. It was just a bit...dull. She had fun ending the lizard's story, but she still felt unsatisfied, like there was more unfinished business at the business. So, Atropos decided to stick around for a little while longer.
*****
Tasgall was in the midst of another day being stuck at this office. He didn't want to be working there and was only doing so as a favor to Red, the lizard owner who unbeknownst to him had been transformed into a doe. Although he noticed something peculiar about today, he hadn't seen Red at all. She never missed a day at work, and if she ever went out to recruit more employees or find more businesses to partner with or absorb she always let him know. Perhaps...Red had been taken out of the picture by someone. The dolphin knew that Red was susceptible to getting transformed, and the longer he didn't see her the more likely it seemed that had happened. While he could attempt to find her and save her, the dolphin instead thought that perhaps it was time to take over the company. He was only here as a favor, and if Red was gone what was going to stop him from filling the empty CEO shoes for his own personal gain?
Tasgall walked over to the office, entering and expecting it to be empty only to be greeted by a panther woman in a low-cut shirt, yoga pants, and a tattoo across her chest. She had her legs kicked up on the desk in Red's former office with her hands behind her head.
"Hello Tasgall." she looked toward the dolphin in the doorway. "Surprised to see me here?"
"Who are you and how do you know my name?" Tasgall was immediately on the defensive. There was a chance this was the person who had done Red in, and he wasn't going to let history repeat itself here!
"I'm Atropos! It's my job to know! I know everyone's names and when their story needs to end! No story can last forever, otherwise, it gets dull. You have to keep things changing to keep the story of life fresh. And it's about time for your story to end here, weaved into something new."
"So you think you can do that to me?" Tasgall got into a ready stance, ready to counteract whatever it was Atropos intended to do.
"It's cute you think you can do anything about it." the panther laughed. "Reminds me of the lizard who was in here when I came in. She's got me thinking, and I think this whole company needs a restructuring. I'm thinking an advertising agency, and it needs agents, and one of those is going to be you."
"I have zero interest in that." Tasgall snarled, knowing that whatever the panther had in mind he would have to be prepared to fight back.
"Then it's a good thing you won't be around for it. Your story is over, a power-hungry dolphin trying to rise to the top when the opportunity arose. But instead you ran into me, to give you a brand new start. Funny how life works isn't?"
"Do you really think you can stop me when I know what you can do?"
"I don't have to!" Atropos laughed. "That's the thing about being a Goddess, I don't have to worry about what you think, I just have to do my job, and my job is to snip that story of yours, you could try to resist it, in fact it'd be funnier if you did! But it's already started hun. It's too late for you."
Tasgall was confused, and looking down noticed that his body had already begun transforming. Normally he felt something, this was some kind of otherworldly magic Atropos had! He tried to use his own magic to stop the changes, but that only made them progress faster. "You think this can uh...stop me!?" Tasgall tried to sound threatening, but the foggy mind was making it hard to come close to sounding like that.
"Don't need to worry about you, I told you! Your story is done! I don't NEED to worry about you. Now I care even less about ending your story, you really hate listening."
The dolphin's transformation had begun, with hair rapidly sprouting all over his body to completely cover his skin - leaving no trace of it behind at all. Instead, he was now covered head to toe with white fur, with black stripes going down it as well. The only exception would be his forearms upward which would instead transition into fully black fur by the time it reached his fingertips. In addition, his snout itself was dedicated to only black fur while white fur surrounded it - no sign of stripes there.
Emerging out from the top of his head would be two sizeable ears that were covered with white fur and had black at the tips. They were emotive and rested at the tip of both sides of his head. His snout became longer than it was before as well as wider, with his slitted nostrils flaring out and becoming much rounder and larger. His neck became a bit longer while a black mane of hair formed down and continued halfway down his back. Tasgall's eyelashes multiplied and elongated, becoming more noticeable on his face. The lump in his throat shrank to near-nothingness, giving him a feminine voice to go with his increasingly feminine face.
It wasn't just Tasgall's head that was gaining womanly features, but the rest of his body as well. His shoulders chipped away until their broadness was gone - traded away for a much more narrow build. To keep up with these new proportions his arms became more slender as his hands shrank in size to become more dainty. His sides pushed inward, with his back not taking long to follow in suit. At his chest, two large spheres inflated out from there, softening as weight formed onto them as Tasgall now possessed a bountiful bosom.
Below the belt, the curves continued to form. His hips expanded outward, growing into childbearing sizes while his rear end swelled outward, becoming more pert and prounced. Just above that, the width and length of his tail became smaller, a hand capable of wrapping around the tail that had white and black striped fur, the tip of it ending with a tuft of black fur matching his mane. Between his legs, Tasgall's manhood slipped away as it was replaced with womanhood. His legs continued gaining curves as they took on more shapely tones to fully complete his new hourglass figure. Tasgall's feet harder while turning a black color, the bottom of them flattening as they transitioned into hooves and his physical changes came to a close, leaving the former dolphin man as a zebra girl.
Tasgall's outfit altered drastically. He now sported a full dress with a belt wrapped around the center and the collar of it folded to show off a bit of cleavage. Mentally, he altered as well. Memories of being a dolphin at all were being overwritten by a woman named Linda. She was an advertising agent and a rather energetic one at that! She was very fun-loving and personal, something a good agent needed so she fit right into her position! Despite one final effort to reclaim his mind, it was much too late and Atropos' magic was far too strong. Tasgall was gone - his story over as Linda's story was about to begin.
"Oh, hello! I don't think I'm in the right room." Linda admitted with a small blush and giggle. "I'm still getting the hang of this office, I'm so much more used to be old one!"
"It happens to the best of us, we all have to start somewhere and this is the start of your story. Make it a good one~!" Atropos waved the new zebra off, content with her work and waiting for the next old employee to come in.

Zharah had noticed right away that she no longer felt the presence of Red within the building. It was something that piqued her curiosity. Something was going on, and the dracolich was mighty interested in what that was. She wandered around, passing by a doe woman she hadn't ever seen before but not thinking much of it. Eventually, she worked her way to Red's old office where the panther woman was already ready for her.
"Snooping around eh?" Atropos said, leaning forward on the desk. "I'm surprised you fit into the doorway, you're mighty tall."
"Size is important, shows just how powerful I can be. Seems like Red as stepped out, permanently I wonder?" she peered at the panther trying to get a read on the situation.
"I have to admit, seeing someone as big as you is pretty funny, I'm much smaller and yet I'm way more powerful than you've ever been in your life!" she laughed directly at the dracolich.
"What's so funny? You're the one telling jokes. I have no worries for mortals like you."
"Boastful and dumb, an ever cuter combination! So cute in fact I know just what new story to give you, because the story of this company doesn't have use for you Zharah, an undead dracolich just doesn't do well in the advertising world. What would we use you for?" she laughed.
"You talk big for someone so small! Do you think you can kill what's already dead?"
"Who said anything about killing you? Maybe if you paid more attention instead of giving speeches you would see that the whole undead thing is already going away."
"What on Earth are you...?" she questioned, suddenly feeling warmth she hadn't felt in a long time, the cold-blooded dracolich's blood warming as her body was reversing her undead state - and changing her species in the process.
The dracolich's tail would lose scales as it became much fluffier, orange fur growing all over it with the tip of it becoming white. The length of her new tail would now barely reach her calves rather than being as large as her body itself. Zharah's wings became rapidly smaller, not stopping until they vanished entirely with her back smoothing out so now look as though she never possessed wings in the first place.
Fur continued to grow and replace the scales on her body. The digits of her feet became less jagged as black fur grew over them, and that black slowly transitioned into orange fur once it reached past her ankles. Going up the rest of her legs, Zharah's body would have orange with white white fur at the inner thighs. The same white fur grew up the front of her body and neck, stopping at the lower half of her face. The orange fur went down her arms and darkened into black fur at her hands just like her new paws had.
At the top of Zharah's head, two triangular ears emerged out that were mostly black, the base of them orange. Meanwhile, the interior of them grew white fur. Her nostrils formed onto a proper nose - of which was black and moist and rested directly at the tip of her snout-turned-muzzle. With that, Zharah was a dracolich no more, but a vixen.
"What the hell did you do to me!?" Zharah cried out looking down at her new canine body.
"Took the hell out of it, you're welcome. Welcome back to the land of the living." Atropos smirked as Zharah's height started to shrink down, her stature vanishing into thin air as she started to see more on the eye-level of Atropos.
"Undo this like, at once! I totally can't do anything like this!" she shouted, taken aback by the vocabulary that came out of her mouth.
"Don't worry, that surprise won't last long. In fact, neither will you! The dracolich's long story is over, you're going to be starting anew as the secretary here."
Zharah tried to fight the mental onslaught that was hitting her, but it was all for nothing. Her mind was being replaced by someone new. All the while her figure altered. Her curves became more pronounced, chest larger, her curves even more highlighted than they were previously - originally having a rather modest body.
While this was happening, she was forgetting all about ever being a dracolich. To her, they were just a myth now! Instead, she was Betty, the secretary of the advertising agency. Her outfit shifted to match, forming into a cute blouse with heels combo. She wasn't the brightest, but she was very personable which was a big plus since she was often the first person clients saw when they walked in!
"Excuse me, do you know where like, my post is? Everything has been moving around and I'm still pretty new so I like, lost where my desk is supposed to be!" Betty giggled.
"If you go out and find the doe she'll know. She's been here longer than everyone else, was here when it started in fact!"
"Ooh, okay! I think I saw her! She has a really cute top, I should ask her where she got it so I can get one too! We're probably gonna be best friends!"
"Good on then, no point in sticking around here. Go write that story of friendship~!" Atropos waved her off.
"Oh, it appears you've done my work for me." a woman's voice suddenly spoke from behind Atropos.
"Your job?" the panther turned to face the show, revealing a black-furred doe woman standing there in robes.
"Yes, I'm Ethna, nice to meet you. I came here to alter the path of the business but it looks like you've done that for me. I'm a Goddess of Balance you see and-"
"I'm very familiar, it's my job to know about other Goddesses, so this is what will make it extra sweet, ending the story of another."
"Ending the story? What are you-" Ethna questioned before she realized just who the panther was. "You're A-Atropos!"
"Took you long enough! I would have expected a fellow Goddess to have better manners! So it only seems appropriate that I end your story here. You'd be one of the first, a Goddess, her story ended by her fellow equal!"
"Look, we're both reasonable women, we can talk this through and figure things out."
"We could, but you see there's a major problem with that." Atropos got closer. "I don't want to talk things out, I want to relish in being the one to end your story. You just alter the course of one's paths, but that doesn't end their story, it just branches it out. No, this is you're end, Ethna!"
Before the doe had time to react, her body transformed like she had done to many before her. Her black fur shifted into white feathers that rapidly covered up her entire body. The one exception would be from her calves downward which instead lost fur, revealing hard orange legs underneath them. The hooves she possessed would soften, digits forming that quickly had webbing forming between each of them. Her small tail would separate and expand into a ruffle of tailfeathers that rested where her tail once did. Her muzzle hardened, turning an orange color as the fur vanished as it transitioned into a beak. Ethna's ears shrank down, not stopping until they vanished entirely, becoming nothing more than simple holes in the sides of her head buried by feathers and leaving the doe woman as a goose.
With a new species, a new figure would come with her. Her breasts rose a few cup sizes as they enlarged, with her hips and rear expanded outward as well to match her increasingly curvy form. Ethna's robes tightened around her body, separating and becoming more distinct garments. She was wearing a V-neck that had a rather low cut to reveal a hefty amount of cleavage along with a pair of jeans that hugged her much more shapely legs.
Mentally, Ethna was being overwritten as well. Though she was a Goddess just like Atropos, the panther's powers were much more powerful as she was much more experienced. Ethna had risen to godhood but Atropos was born into it, and as such had much more time to craft her powers. She tried to focus on her transformative powers, but it seemed like Atropos was one step ahead of her as she felt no connection to her powers, the panther must have stripped them away before anything else. And so, Ethna's story ended there, replaced by Patricia. She was a model that the agency would hire, and their first hire for that! The goddess gone, a goose model left in her wake.
"This isn't the studio! I must have went to the wrong door!" Patricia commented with a giggle. "Sorry for interrupting, I'm not used to this building yet!"
"Not interrupting anything, a good story has some hurdles to cross before it hits its stride. And I'm sure you'll hit yours once everything is set up here."
"I sure hope so, then I can stop coming into random people's offices! Like, super sorry about that! I gotta go pose and get some pictures taken!"
"Don't let me hold you up then, sounds like you got work to do." Atropos said goodbye as the former Goddess left the room, blissfully unaware of her old purpose and powers, she was just a model now!
"I think the rest of this will fall into place. Those will all get the ball rolling on the new company. I think I'm about done here. I can't stay watching one story unfold for too long, that's too boring! There's a lot more people out there who need a story ended and a fresh one started, and who am I to keep them from me~?"
