Skies was taking a stroll through downtown as a way to pass the time during the day. He didn't have much to do on the day, and figured that maybe something would pop up out at him. And something would eventually come across his radar - a new pawnshop that had opened up.
Although Skies didn't go to them too often, he was curious as to what they would have to offer. Perhaps there would be a hidden treasure within that he could discover and take back home with him. However, when Skies entered this turned out to be nothing more than a pipe dream. There was hardly anything of interest there.
Skies tried his best to browse in an attempt to find something considering he had spent a decent bit in the store, but to no avail. He didn't want to give up, and his presence hadn't gone unnoticed by the employee on shift at the pawnshop.
"Is this guy ever going to buy something? He's been here for so long and hasn't done anything. He's been circling for like ten minutes!" the lemur behind the counter questioned. Eventually, it got to the point where he needed to push Skies in the right direction.
"Excuse me, can I help you find something?" Michael asked as he walked up to the man.
"Oh, just trying to find...something." Skies replied. "I've been here so long I figure I should at least buy something. It's the least I could do."
"Look, I'll be honest, you've been struggling to find something since you got here. So I'm going to help push you in the right direction." he said, pulling down a small dragon-like statue and holding it out for Skies. "Here, take this."
"What is it...?" Skies raised an eyebrow. Although he wouldn't say it directly it seemed rather...tacky.
"Just trust me and take it will ya'? I'm trying to help you out here. You don't even have to buy it."
"If you insist." Skies nodded, taking the statue from him. "So what's the point of this, exactly?" he questioned.
"This, for one." he said, giving it a tap on its head before turning and walking back to his post.
"Wait, what was that supposed to-" Skies was cut off when the statue in his hands suddenly exploded in a blinding light, dazing and disorienting him, a strange sensation forming all over his body as it began to shift quite a bit.
Skies' body was suddenly getting much drier, all while becoming a bit more rough. In this transition, the body hair on his body was vanishing, leaving no trace of it on his new skin-turned scales. It didn't keep the same color, instead of its original it was now a silver color. From his head to his toes, Skies' body was covered in scales as his species took on more reptilian tones.
When Skies' body hair vanished into the scales, that wasn't the only hair as his hairdo would fully recede back into his scalp, leaving nothing but silver scales up there. His ears on the other hand extended outward while they folded in on themselves, closing and temporarily stripped him of his ability to hear until holes appeared on the sides of his head to replace them. As for what his former ears were, they became pointed as they turned into a pair of dulled horns. Directly underneath them, a smaller set of horns would grow out. Skies' face stretched outward, forming into a decently sizeable muzzle that was rounded out in a circular tip. His jaw became more jagged with a fork forming into his tongue. His nose shrank into Skies' new snout, only his nostrils remaining of which became thinner and smaller, becoming simple dragonic slits.
Speaking of dragonic, at Skies' backsides two rather large appendages formed. They were almost as large as his body itself, two silver-scaled wings emerging out directly from the center of his back. That wasn't the only addition to his backside, as another appendage grew out from just above his rear end. It was as long as his legs, longer in fact with a large base and progressively getting thinner closer to the tip with the end of it forming dragonic frills.
Skies' feet went up onto their toes as the structure of his legs altered into a digitigrade one. He would lose two digits of toes to leave three behind - of which became curved and sharper while becoming wider to fill up the space that the two lost toes left behind. This left Skies no longer as a human, but a lightfury.
However, that wasn't the end of the changes. His body mass began to move at various places, with primarily excess mass forming onto his body. His eyelashes - the only part of his body that still had hair, would elongate and multiple, giving his face a more feminine look to it. This was further highlighted by the lump in his throat shrinking, causing his voice to rise up rather drastically in pitch.
Skies' shoulders slimmed down as their broadness was traded away for a more narrow build. Similarly, his arms would take on more slender appearances. While these areas lost mass, the opposite was happening below the belt. His hips expanded outward a fair bit, with his rear ballooning out with it. The curves continued down Skies' legs with his thighs joining in on growth - his calves following in suit as the tone of his legs became shapely.
The sides of Skies' torso pushed inward, and mixed with the transformation to his lower body left him with a rather notable hourglass figure. His back had the same inward push, leaving a permanent indent in there as he was left with an arch in his back.
Skies' chest would form two mounds that rapidly inflated, growing to a rather generous size as he now possessed a pair of breasts. Between his legs, his manhood slipped away into nothing more than an opening, estrogen overwriting testosterone as his sex swapped to the fairer one.
Though the physical changes had ended, a headache suddenly came into Skies. Mentally, he was drastically changing. The memories of ever being a human man in the first place were draining out from him. Instead, growing up as a lightfury girl replaced them. Now, the name Skies didn't mean anything to her - it was just what was above buildings! Instead, she was Aesa, who was much more giggly and bubbly than Skies ever was, and loved making sure she looked good! So, when she finally came back to the baggy clothes that she had on her body was quite the shock.
"What the heck!? Why am I like, wearing something like this?" Aesa looked down, finding it hard to not giggle at how silly she looked.
"You know, I didn't want to say anything when you walked in but I was thinking the same thing." Michael had overheard her and said back from behind the counter.
"Oh, hello! I'm Aesa!" she waved and introduced herself. "I think I'm gonna need to buy like, a LOT of new clothes so I can have something cute to wear because this is like, soooo not it!" she added with a giggle.
"By all means, the clothing is in the back over there." the lemur pointed towards it. "If you want to accessorize the case with the jewelry should be right next to it."
"Oooh, I didn't think about that! I was just gonna buy some new clothes but I totalllly got to get some cute bracelets and a pretty necklace! Make a whole pretty outfit! I bet people bring lots of good stuff here! And now I can put all that good stuff on a good looking body!" she was practically beaming.
"By all means, help yourself." Michael said with a laugh. "Tell you what, I'll even give you a ten percent off, just because I like your attitude!"
"Oooh, that's super duper awesome, thank you!" she was practically jumping for joy. "I'm gonna go pick out something super cute, and then I'm gonna look super cute, and then everyone can look at my super cute body!"
With that, Aesa went to the back to find clothing to fit her body. It was a bit harder due to just how large her curves and chest were - not to mention her large tail and wings! But that wasn't going to stop her. Michael watched as the lightfury browsed the clothing racks in awe. He had known that something like this was going to happen, but didn't know what the exact results would be! All he knew was it'd turn the human into an ideal shopper and it most certainly did that! Aesa was picking out all shorts of tops, bottoms, and everything in between. By the time she was done shopping, she could hardly carry all the outfits she had purchased, leaving the pawnshop with bags full of clothing, heading back home with practically a whole new wardrobe!
