Contacting me for a comm
• You must have a roughly defined idea of the commission (characters, staging, accessories...) and present it with all necessary references. The idea doesn't need to be minutely defined, as I like to discuss about it if needed (I may suggest modifications). The important is that we agree on the specifics before I start working on your commission.
• Also indicate an email address that I can send an invoice to.
Pricing and payment
• My pricing grid is never set in stone. Check my current pricing grid on my commission page. Note that I may decide on another price than one you could expect depending on your request, as some features may need extra work.
• I always announce my final price and wait for you to validate it before sending you an invoice.
• Payment is through Paypal only, always in euros (€).
Process
• Once the invoice is paid, your slot is locked and enters my commission queue. I then give you an estimate on when I'll start working on your commission.
• Unless decided otherwise, I always share a sketch of the commission that I'll wait for you to validate before going further. It's also the perfect time to tell me any adjustment that you want me to make about the characters' poses and/or actions.
• Once the sketch is validated, I come back to you with the final commission. At that point, small adjustments can still be made if necessary.
• If you ordered a YCH, I may skip the sketch phase and present you the final picture right away.
• After the final illustration is validated, you'll be given a link via email to download an archive. The archive contains the PSD file of your commission and a re-sized PNG of the illustration. ALWAYS KEEP A COPY OF THE ARCHIVE!! The file won't be available indefinitely and I can't guarantee it will be kept on my end.
Rights
• I can upload any commission that I worked on on any of my galleries and use them for promotional purpose.
• You are allowed to upload, share, and modify any commission you take from me. Always credit me as the original artist of the commission, and always indicate if it was modified afterwards.
