Dutch fur, digital artist and musician.
I like to look at great art or listen to great music, so feel free to hit me up with great recommendations.
Furthermore, be welcome to chat me up if you want to say hi or something. I strive to be chat friendly but don't take it personally if I don't respond quickly. I'm notoriously slow sometimes at responding to texts and furthermore not supper active on FA. If you wish to reach me, your best luck would be at Telegram.

Filix's origin story
The story that led to the creation of Filix. I never posted it publicly, so here we go.
There it was, popping up in my mind. Images as vague memories but feelings as strong as they can be. I didn’t know why, or how, but I knew it must be. A beauty I cannot comprehend but must bring to life. But I do not trust myself with this challenge as everything I drew myself I displeased. Therefore I want someone else to draw it for me, where as I will do everything within my capabilities to provide the clearest image possible. I will try to bring everything out of my head and on this one little page.
In my head it is there, an image of unknown origin. Looking at those strong back muscles, that slender body, that otter-like tail, that slick brown hair with a white belly. I can only begin to imagine how nimble in the water he must be. Not over the top beefed up as if he does nothing else but work-out in the gym, but with muscles as those found in wild animals. Strong, present and well trained, but naturally formed due to the healthy active life he lives. But yet he has something mischievous, something playful. By looking at his face, with those two short antler-like horns with pointy tips you can immediately tell that he likes to tease and joke. The devil’s horns one could say, but then his innocent blue eyes throw you off. Those eyes make you forget everything the horns might warn you for as you feel you can do nothing else but trust him all the more.
Now we arrived at the grey area, the blurry parts of the image. Sometimes I feel the face and ears closely remember that of an otter with short ears and the cutest face of all existence. But at other times it resembles more like that of a deer with ‘normal’ sized ears and a nose slightly longer than that of an otter. These images might be two completely different beings, but simultaneously the reality, or in this instance in my imagination, it might be something more in the middle. Something that is both whiles at the same time never being only one of them. This is why I cannot draw this being, as I can literally not put something on paper without a clear image, even if it was just to see how it feels.
Besides everything that is described, other distinguishing features are presumably not present. Within the image in my head, there is no jewellery and no unique or weird patterns. The fur is mostly brown with maybe some small darker spots/patches randomly distributed and a pure white as snow belly that is a nightmare to keep clean and therefore will, in reality, probably be more along the lines of a lighter shade of brown or grey. Maybe the relative lack of other distinguishing features makes sense, as there is no need to stand out more than it already does when it has a body and face never seen before.
That is the image I have in my head. An image of which I do not know the origin, but one that I would love to see come to life.
