Commission status & Comics
Hey everyone, just making the usual journal post to show I'm not dead yet and am still open for commissions lol
Also I am regularly getting a ton of questions about comic prices, and I figured it's not obvious that I price them like I do everything else, so I decided I'll write it here. So yeah, I price comics like I would any other commission. Also to price them, I would need a script that looks kinda like this:
Page 1
Panel 1: [character 1] visible in [full body] does [action] in [background description]
Panel 2: [character 2] visible in [waist up] enters the room and says [dialogue]
Panel 3: [character 1] visible in [waist up] says [dialogue] to [character 2] visible in [full body]
etc.
The above is of course an example. I just need a panel by panel description of every page and I need to know how much of the characters should be visible in each panel, because, as I said, comics are treated like any other picture. The total price of a page depends on how many characters (or iterations of same character) appear in it.
So yeah, elaborate comics can be expensive, please keep that in mind. You can get estimates of prices with my commission guide before you message me.
