Guess who's drawn a gazelle for the first time? :D
The idea for this drawing has been on my art list for ages, but I've never had the courage to tackle it until now.
I'm usually not a big fan of herbivore anthros, but for some reason I quite like anthro gazelles! Maybe it's the slender look and the amazing looking horns that give them such a unique look, not sure, but I still really like them!
It was also a good excuse to practice painting clouds, I still struggle with them at times.
The attire and jewelry were based on traditional Amazigh ones, though of course they are not 100% accurate.

On a side note, I've not been super active these days for three reasons:
1) I'm still a bit burned out from the Drawtober, drawing so much really drained me!
2) I'm currently busy with a research project, so finding the time is hard.
3) I'm actually working on resuming my Shadi comic. I'm currently writing down the script, as many parts of the old ones were not leaving me satisfied. I plan on changing some parts of the intro sequence, adding more context, and then I will proceed from where I abandoned it. Still, it will take a while.

The colors in this are fantastic. The way the beautiful glow of sunset enflames the clouds is incredible. And the details of the clothing and jewelry are just spectacular.
Oh she is beautiful and those colour and the setting go so well together! Gazelle got such a sleek and graceful look and you captured that perfectly here, a great study piece :D
Absolutely perfect work! I really like the background with the clouds and the light of the sunset
A shining, shimmering jewel!
And if she's one to you, she's one to us!

Looks awesome! I especially like the horn jewelry, you don't see enough of that. Horns/antlers are a large area begging for accessorizing!
Well this is quite a neat little shake-up! As pretty much always, awesome detail-work! :D
Gazelles. <3
Hope you draw more of them! You've done some interesting work with medieval African/Arabian imagery, so seeing more fauna represented could be neat. Even if they don't show up, though, the work's gonna stay interesting. :P

I'm surprised she isn't bent over from the weight of all that jewelry! ;) Beautiful, very dignified. :)
Aahh!
Really amazing piece! ^^
Also, no need to rush.
Take as much time as you need to post! ^^
