Thanks to the incredible Toughset it seems that Princess Merida from Brave has found herself in,… well, as the title says. ;).
It seems that braving the moors has landed this fiery Scottish red-head in a rather treacherous looking quicksand bog, seems doubtful she’ll be escaping her fate this time. Shame she didn’t see the warning. ;)
Amazing work here, Merida looks great in Toughset’s style, especially in how she looks more angry than worried as she struggles against the grip of the bog, and she definitely looks like she’s struggling. From her posing, with one shoulder higher than the other, and her hair swaying to the side atop the bog, to how her shifting causes part of her chest to squish flatter, as the other part raises up, even the little splatter of muck on her chest and cheek accents her struggling. And of course her furrowed brow, gritted teeth expression shows her frustration at this sticky situation. It certainly looks very sticky, as well as thick and gooey as it mounds up on one side from her motion, while clinging to the other. And I love the attention to detail, from the pattern on trim of her clothes, to the chest laces, to her medallion, and of course the very fitting warning sign, which you might need a translation site to read, and of course the foggy, grass background behind her, a nice depiction of the infamous Scottish moors. A magnificently done peril picture of what may be one of my favorite Disney princesses. :)
What do you think? :D

I'm not gonna lie, I have never seen Brave even though I had bought the Blu-Ray 10 years ago. Which may be time now to try and get that out of the way ;)
Though it is nice to see that sign at the background being written in Scottish. But I am sure Merida will get her way out of this :)

Well, you should, it's a good one. ;)
Yeah, the Scottish sign is a nice touch. Yeah, we'll see if she can escape her fate. ;)
