This here is the 2nd navi belonging to my OC Waverly.
Mega Man X7 is a rare example of not having a lot of mavericks I really like.
Red however, was a cool bat.

Biography: Red.EXE is one of 7 Netnavis created by Juni's daughter Waverly to use around the Olympian Household, and in the Mega Man Battle Network universe. Of the 7, he was the 2nd navi to be made based on data Waverly's father had on the vigalante group the Red Alert Syndicate. Ironically, Juni would go onto create Axl.EXE for her little sister Alouette to operate. Red.EXE greatly resembles the reploid he is modeled after, even retaining the missing right eye & scar the original himself has. Although a red eye can light up in the missing eye socket to make him appear nice & scary. However, his paldrons are smaller, and his forearms & legs are slimmer to give him that naviesque feel. His chest sports his navi mark, which is obviously the symbol of the Red Alert Syndicate, the organization his reploid counterpart lead. But other than that, there isn't a whole lot of difference. When he was introduced to the other navis in the Battle Network universe, his nature made him an easy hit with the students. He acted as one of the battle instructors in Class 5-A, teaching how there are some who use weapons other than busters, so it always pays to be on one's guard. To demonstrate, he asked NetNavis MegaMan.EXE & Glide.EXE to spar with him, and they were quick to jump in on the action as a team. However, while both navis were able to keep up with Red.EXE the whole bout, he proved too much for them to handle, but he instead stopped the bout before MegaMan.EXE & Glide.EXE took too much damage, after which, he complimented the two on having great skill, but they must improve on them or else they won't get very far in life. Needless to say, Red.EXE also partook in the wars against Netcrime, playing his parts without fail. During the Gospel incident, Red.EXE had a chance encounter with ShadowMan.EXE, and was the 2nd navi to meet the ninja navi after SnipeAnteator.EXE tried to fight him but failed. Red.EXE however, actually faired better after learning that ShadowMan.EXE targeted him for deletion. But Red.EXE was able to beat him back easily, though he failed to delete ShadowMan.EXE who managed to escape the battle. He was also a great team player in the battles against Nebula, acting as a Tactician for Team Lumen & advising the best course of action to be taken. At one point, Red.EXE almost wound up captured by Nebula to be transformed into a darkloid, but he managed to escape this fate. Even before & after these events, Red.EXE is always willing to let his scythe do the talking when his services are needed. Red.EXE is a dutiful & loyal netnavi who usually obeys orders without question. He is also very charismatic & quite the gentleman despite what his suggestion as even though he would talk about Leviathan.EXE's figure, he does not make it a long term subject, and will quickly change it when necessary. However, he is also laidback outside of battle, but it never extends to laziness, as laziness ends up with a harsh scolding from Waverly (Something he outright wants to avoid at all costs). He enjoys acts of chivalry & enjoys nighttime scenery. However, while eager to fight, he doesn't enjoy receiving violent orders. In fact, he was once ordered by Waverly to delete SparkMan.EXE after his defeat in the City Tournament despite the risk of being eliminated with no winner of the match. Red.EXE did not feel good about this and tried to talk his way out of the order, claiming (correctly) that it was dishonorable to strike down an already defeated opponent, but Waverly was insistent, and with a finalized "DO IT!!!", Red.EXE was left with no choice. Fortunately, Terry Jomon got a much more suiting punishment in being disowned by his grandfather, leaving Red.EXE with a belayed order, and allowing his operator to continue the tournament. Has every old Scooby-Doo theme memorized by heart.
Abilities: Red.EXE is a Null-Elemental NetNavi who has no attribute. This means he has absolutely no weaknesses to speak of. In battle, he wields a powerful twin-bladed scythe, just like the original Red. He wields this scythe with deadly proficiency and those who meet its blades can expect to be ripped to shreds if he hits with it just right. He also uses the scythe as a shield in some instances. As a result, Red.EXE has a great blend of offense & defense, and like any other navi, he can increase his lethality through the use of battle chips provided to him by Waverly. And while the two have occasional heating up moments between one another, they still have an unbreakable bond, allowing them to perform crossfusion. His abilities & attacks are as follows.
Float Shoes: Red.EXE spends the majority of his time floating, so he is immune to the negative effect of panels. However, he cannot stand over holes without Air Shoes.
Mark of the Reaper: Red.EXE's liberation ability. This sets up a trap in the dark panels that will spell doom for any guardians that step on it. Upon activating the trap, the guardian will suffer a lethal HP bug that drains 5HP per second during a battle. The guardian will also not be able to recover HP lost during that time. The ailment persists for 4 phases. If by then the guardian isn't deleted, Red.EXE will do the honors himself. If the marked dark panel is liberated, the mark will move to the next unoccupied dark panel closest to it.
Twin Scythe: Red.EXE's weapon of choice. This twin bladed scythe can cut two columns ahead of Red.EXE, meaning the blade end has to be positioned right in order to score a hit. However, he can separate the scythe into two halves to dual wield his weapon for more combat options.
Spinning Scythe: Red.EXE's charge attack. Red.EXE spins his scythe forward, cutting 2 whole columns deep. on the way forward, and when returning to Red.EXE. All hits deal Sword-Attributed damage.
Wide Shot: Red.EXE's charge attack if he is standing out of range of the enemy's space. This fires a sharp energy wave that cuts down the whole row Red.EXE is facing.
Red Tornado: Red.EXE makes several panels in the enemy's space light up. Usually up to 5. Then, while spinning his scythe in the air, he summons big tornadoes from those panels that deal 8 rapid hits. He will also always shield himself with an extra 6 tornado during this attack. Wind-Attributed. Blows away Auras & Barriers.
Scythe Boomerang: Red.EXE throws his scythe down the row he is on forward & making it arch back to him. If used on the top or bottom rows, he'll instead make his scythe arch in a complete circle before making it return to him. Sword-Attributed.
Double Boomerang: Only used when Red.EXE has his scythe in two separate pieces. He throws both his scythes in a boomerang fashion with one going up, and the other going down. Sword Attribute.
Bunshin: Red.EXE make two clones of himself appear, and they attack any opponents they may appear by with his Scythe Attack.
Fear Roulette: Red.EXE summons a red crystal that rapidly jumps from enemy to enemy for a few seconds before stopping. When it stops over an enemy, the crystal drops down on them & instantly deletes the target if they're weakened enough.
Red Death: Red.EXE's ultimate attack. Red.EXE lets loose a stream of red ghosts that plow into anyone in their way. A counter will also appear over their head, starting with the number 4 & dropping with each successive hit. If the counter reaches 0, Red.EXE appears behind the unfortunate target & rips through them with his scythe, instantly deleting the unfortunate victim. Undershirt cannot protect from this.
