Here's a new NetOp that I schemed up while listing out my to-do list for mermay next month.
Since Acacia & Elise were themed after Ram & Rom, respectively, it was merely a matter of time before a Blanc themed OC came into the picture.
Her other 6 NetNavis will have their separate bios as it would've taken me way too long to fit them all here.
Plus, it would've just looked like a cramped wall of text.

Biography: Waverly is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena. She was born a day before Morgayne was born, making her part of the 4th line of 1/2 mermaids born into the family. While inside her father's lab one day, Waverly came upon her father's collection of electronic parts, and upon hearing some of her sisters talk about their PETs they made from them, Waverly opted to make one herself. It didn't take her long to create a fully operational PET, and from there, Waverly proceeded to create a navi or two, but by using some data on acid Waverly fashioned her first NetNavi, christening him AcidMan.EXE. Following the successful creation of AcidMan.EXE, she proceeded to make at least 2 more navis, starting with the reaper-like NetNavi Red.EXE, themed after the boss of Red Alert, and Dynamo.EXE, who acts as Waverly's enforcer. When her father found out, he praised Waverly for the work she had done, and Waverly held her head high. But one day, she discovered that her father operated a navi named Elpizo.EXE, and Suite had a navi known as Craft.EXE; all of whom were themed after Zero Era reploids of the same name. Waverly refused to be outdone & she promptly did her research, coming upon details of the Four Guardians, and this lead to her creating 4 additional navis for a total of 7 in her arsenal. She gave life to Harpuia.EXE, Fefnir.EXE, Leviathan.EXE, and Phantom.EXE, dubbing them her 4 Net Guardians. When this was found out, her father didn't scold her. He admitted that he wanted to create navi versions of the 4 guardians, but never got around to it, meaning Waverly beat him to the punch. As such, she was allowed to keep the 4 navis, and was even permitted to travel with him, Palutena, and her other siblings who are, or are destined to be, NetOps. While in the Mega Man Battle Network universe, Waverly was quick to make nice with the locals, but she also ended up landing a teaching gig at ACDC Elementary, working along her parents as one of 5-A's assistant teachers. Unfortunately, while there, she also inadvertently, but also unapologetically, revealed that she is one of the scariest members in Juni's family as both Dex & a visiting Mary both quipped about her having 7 navis, thus making it seem like she was weak. This made Waverly explode with such anger that it practically scared everyone in the classroom (Dex & Mary more so to the point they turned white & fainted), and her parents had to intervene & make her settle down, which they succeeded in doing. Nonetheless, Waverly was allowed to stay with the team despite her ferocious temper. However, this anger was repeatedly seen in the fights against Netcrime, and at least once per crisis, at least one person has nearly gotten themselves killed because they made Waverly snap. These include Ms. Madd, Speedy Dave, Gauss Magnus, Sunayama, Mr. Match, Charlie Airstar, and even Prosecutor Ito. Nevertheless, Waverly is always prepared to lend a helping hand when asked to do so. As one might expect from those in Juni's family, Waverly is usually a kind & caring girl, being quite friendly & sociable. However, Waverly is also known as being one of the most dangerous 1/2 mermaids in the family. As mentioned above, she has an explosive temper which, unfortunately, was inherited from her own father. Her temper is so bad that once she snaps, it is near impossible to get a hold of her & make her settle down, as she will not relent until she has left those who've made her snap bruised & bloodied, or even leaving them clinging to an inch of their lives. She is also incredibly vicious when angered; not being above ordering her navis to do something they ordinarily wouldn't agree with. She once ordered Red.EXE to delete SparkMan.EXE after he was defeated in the City Tournament, even though SparkMan.EXE was no longer able to fight, but Waverly insisted. Although she changed her mind after Terry blamed his navi entirely for the loss, and made Waverly want to break his neck instead. Fortunately, the situation defused when Terry's grandfather disowned him, thus making Waverly unable to carry out her threat. Another time, she ordered Fefnir.EXE to blow Colonel.EXE & make him die a traitor's death, ignoring the fact that it would make Iris really sad, as Fefnir.EXE & even Julie.EXE pointed out. Colonel.EXE however, ended up being spared anyway to repent for his treachery. Nevertheless, Waverly does mean well and it's clear that she just needs to control her temper. This however, doesn't stop her father Juni from using Waverly's temper as a threat every now & then. What calms her down however, is giving her some tasty mochi, or even a taiyaki as Waverly enjoys eating these more than anything. However, she also likes to read, and does not take too kindly to people who burn books. In fact, she hates it more than her older sister Chante does to the point that she will shamelessly set anyone who does it on fire themselves. Unless it's a propaganda-laced book. Can rip apart phone books effortlessly.
Abilities: Being 1/2 mermaid, Waverly can take on her mermaid form at anytime she's in the water, but like her mother & siblings, Waverly primarily transforms in fresh, or seawater, and she strongly prefers the water to be clean before she changes form. Waverly is a very competent Operator as she is able to effectively operate any of her 7 navis without trouble. And despite having occasional tensions with her navis on situations they don't approve of, she maintains a strong bond with them & can even perform crossfusion with any of her navis. When ticked off, her strength rises greatly as she can effortlessly pin others to the ground & hold them down with the strength of a Thwomp. She can even dislocate one's shoulder easily if she so chooses to do so. Waverly is knowledgeable on the program advance & always has a folder dedicated to using them.
About AcidMan.EXE: AcidMan.EXE is a Null-Type NetNavi created by Waverly to use in the Olympian Household, and in the Mega Man Battle Network universe. He was made using data that talked about the corrosiveness of acid, and was designed to have acid so corrosive, even metal panels melt. Because of this, he is regarded as walking corrosion. A nickname he holds in high esteem. Of Waverly's 7 NetNavis, he was the first one to have been created. AcidMan.EXE looks greatly like the Robot Master he is named after, but his armor was made to be like that of a typical custom navi's, but he retains the translucent parts of the original's body, and he has his navi mark on his chest; the mark being a symbol for acid burns. His feet are normal & appear to sport flippers instead of looking like propellers. Other than that, there isn't a whole lot of difference. In the Battle Network universe, AcidMan.EXE unsettled some of the native navis due to his acidic powers, but this eventually died down when it was revealed that he doesn't use it on friends. From there, he became fully approachable, which was good as he acted as a science teacher for the class, specializing in acidity of different types & levels. Yet at some point, he was challeneged to a Netbattle by GutsMan.EXE, and AcidMan.EXE was more than happy to take up arms against him. However, AcidMan.EXE proved to be a deadly foe as his acid actually caused GutsMan.EXE to melt away on some parts of his body, forcing him to jack out right away in order to recover. Needless to say that AcidMan.EXE has had his uses in fights again Netcrime as well. In particular, he provided defense in the castle network of Netopia by placing acid barriers over his teammates so that if a ghost touched them, they'd dissipate instead of doing what they intended to do in a near instant. He even helped out nicely when DrillMan.EXE was in scilab on his way to steal Alpha. AcidMan.EXE happened to be there & he was quickly ordered to melt DrillMan.EXE until not even a 0 & 1 of him remained, an order he was more than happy to carry out. Unfortunately, DrillMan.EXE managed to get away before AcidMan.EXE was able to finish him off. Nonetheless, he bought his allies time to set up a defense to keep DrillMan.EXE from stealing Alpha, but Alpha ended up being taken anyway, though it would've wound up being deleted anyway. Even before & after these events, AcidMan.EXE stands ready to melt down those who stand in his way when necessary. AcidMan.EXE is usually a good hearted navi who cares deeply for those he considers friends & allies, but he sees himself as a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to chemistry. Like the original, sloppy results make him absolutely furious. AcidMan.EXE is also extremely loyal to his operator Waverly. He is the only one of her 7 navis who doesn't hesitate to carry out orders given to him. If he were to be ordered to melt a navi who refused to cooperate, he would do it in an absolute heart beat. Despite this, even he draws the line at how far he'll take Waverly's violent orders. In one instance, he refused to melt ProtoMan.EXE since he was an official NetNavi & he didn't feel all that good about melting a navi in the ranks of the Officials. He enjoys chemistry, but he dislikes people who put in lazy effort in works. Even though AcidMan.EXE looks like he should be of the Aqua-Element, he is not so, therefor having no weaknesses to speak of. In battle, he lets his acid do the talking and as previously stated, it is highly corrosive to the point that his acid deals effective damage to enemies with the Breaking-Attribute, pierces guards, and deals full damage to Craggy viruses. The acid can also remove metal panels instantly & can even melt gears on the battlefield. He has full immunity to poison panels, too. His abilities & attacks are as follow.
Acid Vulcan: AcidMan.EXE's basic attack. His fires off a rapid series of acid globs down the row he is facing. The shots can melt away obstacles & metal plates instantly if they hit one.
Acid Burst: AcidMan.EXE's charge attack. AcidMan.EXE charges up a big glob of acid that slowly travels forward before bouncing around the field in a slow pit-hockey fashion.
Acid Barrier: AcidMan.EXE sets up a barrier of acid that protects him for several phases. As a result, this barrier acts more like an aura than an actual barrier. Enemies attacking with melee chips will take damage. However, it can still be blown away by wind attacks. If that happens, AcidMan.EXE screams "Impossible!" before resuming his attacks.
Acid Wave: AcidMan.EXE kicks up a wave of acid that is sent down the row he is facing. The acid again melts away obstacles if it hits one.
Liquefy: AcidMan.EXE melts into the panel he is standing on, before reappearing on another panel to attack. While melting, he is invulnerable to attack.
Bounding Acid Ball: AcidMan.EXE launches a big glob of acid as he would with Acid Burst, but this one, as the name implies, bounces rapidly across different panels in the enemy's field.
Acid Stage: AcidMan.EXE turns all panels into acid panels. These panels act like poison panels, but they drain HP faster than a poison panel; at about 10HP per second, and obstacles cannot be placed on them as they will melt instantly.
Acid Rain: AcidMan.EXE fires a missile into the air. A moment later, 7 to 8 panels will light up, and acid rain pours down right away for about 5 seconds. Those standing in the rain rapidly lose HP.
Acidic Assault: AcidMan.EXE's ultimate attack, and typically only used with acid panels present. Announced by shouting "Quick as a splash!" or "Sizzling speed!", he will jump into an acid panel & surge down any more acid panels present, jumping up without warning on a random panel to shoot high-damaging acid on random opponents. He will repeat the process 2 times until he has traveled down all 3 rows, before finishing with a big burst of acid.
